A band from the Latin-American Salsa metropole Caracas. Kimbiza combines the Afro-Caribbean tradition with Venezuelan folklore and latin-jazz. The band includes Filipe "Mandingo" Rengifo, Renis Mendosa and the Venezuelan singer and cellist Yma América. On hearing her voice you can recognize her from the Bacardi-tune "Juégalo", which she composed and sung.
