Two films of Algerian/Dutch cinematographer Karim Traïdia. With the first viewing after the Rotterdam Film Festival of his latest film 'Les diseurs de vérité'.
Lijdensweg: (1993) On an Algerian father living in The Netherlands who kills his son.
Les diseurs de vérité: (2000) On the choice that an Algerian journalist has to make: flee to Holland or risk his life by staying in his own country. Afterwards the director discussed his films before the audience.
