(Surinam, 1968) is a poet, a dramatist and a vocalist. He propagates the idea of positive thinking and acting by means of singing, drama and recitation. He finds his inspiration in the cultural wealth that continiously surrounds him in Surinam. In 1989 he made his debut as a literary performer in Theater Unique with his own theater show. Since the year 2000 he is has been active with the acoustic ensemble the Fafiri Brothers, Durig '1001 identities' in 2004 he will appear as one of Surinam's promising new talents.
