This third edition of the International Literature Festival Crossing the Seas/Crusa Lama/Krusa Laman on the Netherlands Antilles and Aruba is a celebration of poetry, prose and storytelling. The festival brings together writers, poets, storytellers and musicians from six historically related countries: Indonesia, South Africa, Aruba, the Netherlands Antilles, Suriname and the Netherlands.
Four foreign authors and three musicians travel across Sint Maarten, Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao. On each island they perform together with local writers, storytellers and musicians, on schools and for the general public.
